
LSC-2P / LSC-2TP / LSW-2P / LSW-2TP Robotic Laser Cutting and Welding Systems are built around high-precision industrial robots, combined with DS's professional robot TCP, base coordinate, workpiece coordinate, and laser tool calibration technologies to improve the geometric consistency between offline models and actual equipment, enabling laser cutting and welding paths to be executed accurately on physical equipment.
The system can integrate Robotmaster® offline programming software to build robot paths directly from CAD/CAM data, completing pose optimization, reachability analysis, collision checking, and program output, significantly reducing on-site teaching and program correction time. Through high-precision calibration and path verification, it improves dimensional consistency, cutting quality, and process stability for round holes, contours, irregular curved surfaces, and multi-angle machining.
