DS Bicycle Frame Manufacturing Platform
DS Technology provides a comprehensive bicycle frame manufacturing platform, covering design, manufacturing, and integration of critical production equipment including laser cutting, robotic welding, and intelligent grinding. It also provides welding process engineering consulting, fixture development, and production line planning services to ensure product quality and manufacturing efficiency.
Simultaneously, it has established a pilot production and development center with an annual capacity of 20,000 units, assisting customers with product design verification, process optimization, and mass production introduction.
