ACFS-LCZ Series

ACFS-LCZ300

The active compliance architecture enables dynamic force adjustment independent, ensuring consistent surface quality and process stability.

ACFS-LCZ300 is a next-generation active compliance control module that integrates the ACFS-X300 active compliance force controller with the LCZ300 linear compliance mechanism. It adjusts contact force in real time according to the machining load, maintaining stable and consistent processing force while effectively compensating for part tolerance, surface contour variation, and tool wear, ensuring machining quality and process consistency.

Recommended for use with the ES60 high-speed electric spindle, suitable for lightweight tools and high-speed precision grinding, deburring, polishing, and moderate cutting applications. The system can be configured with cutting, precision grinding, and sanding/finishing modules as needed, supporting automatic tool change (ATC) or automatic sandpaper change (ASC-RTH) for a highly flexible smart automation solution.
