ABSC4-RTH is an automated abrasive belt changeover module developed by DS Technology, compatible with BS800 compliant force belt sanders. It provides up to 4 storage slots for abrasive belts, enabling automatic switching between coarse, medium, and fine grit belts for different grinding stages.
Features a front-facing drawer-style replacement structure allowing fast belt replacement and maintenance without opening the main enclosure, greatly improving ease of maintenance and operational efficiency.
Modular design supports future expansion and customization, ideal for multi-stage grinding, deburring, and surface finishing of medium and large metal components, fulfilling fully automated and flexible process requirements.
