ASC4-RWH is a modular automated abrasive media changeover system developed by DS Technology. It natively supports up to 4 different abrasive media types (e.g., 2”, 3”, 5”, 6” round discs, triangular and rectangular shapes), compatible with Hook & Loop (Velcro) fastening, and offers multi-media configuration expansion options.
This system can be integrated with the RWH-3DF automated sanding platform and is compatible with LCZ300 and LRCZ300 compliant force tools. When combined with a robotic Tool Changer, it enables simultaneous tool and media replacement for high-mix, variable, and fully automated sanding applications.
