DS Technology integrates TRUMPF laser equipment, high-precision industrial robots, and positioners, combining TCP, base coordinate, workpiece coordinate, and laser tool calibration technologies to ensure geometric consistency between offline models and actual equipment.

The LSC-2P / LSC-2TP / LSW-2P / LSW-2TP series integrates Robotmaster® offline programming, automatically generating paths from 3D CAD data and completing pose optimization, reachability analysis, collision checking, and program output, significantly reducing on-site teaching and program correction time. Through high-precision calibration and application verification, it improves dimensional consistency, cutting and welding quality for round holes, contours, irregular curved surfaces, and multi-angle machining.

High-Precision Calibration & Offline Programming

Selects the appropriate robot based on working range, payload, and repeatability, while simultaneously calibrating TCP and WOBJ (including the robot base) to reduce coordinate deviation between the virtual workstation and actual equipment; offline programming completes CAD path generation, collision checking, simulation, and path optimization, reducing on-site teaching and adjustment time

Supports hole cutting, trimming, contour cutting, and 360° circumferential cutting for three-dimensional workpieces and irregular-shaped pipes, with laser power, speed, focal position, and robot path set according to material, thickness, and workpiece geometry

Precision Laser Welding

Integrates joint design, fit-up gap, fixture positioning, welding path, and laser parameters; after process verification, establishes stable penetration depth and fusion quality while reducing heat-affected zone and welding distortion
